Thread: Who invented the light?

Wow, that was touching. I had heard about Tesla but I didn't know he was so accomplished. And regarding his machine to supply free energy to everyone...that was a true selfless act. However JP Morgan is such a douche and doesn't care about anyone except making money. Hell he didn't even want people to know he was involved (yet he would have made a significant profit in the deal). Tesla is the kind of man that graces this planet every now and then to wow and astound us.

I heard about Tesla. Apparently he was a genious with a photographic memory.

Correct. And some say he died of a broken heart. When they destroyed all his work.

Couldn't watch the video since I have no sound at work, but I've done a lot of research about Tesla and consider him one of my role models. What bothers me about a lot of people who talk about Nikola Tesla is that they try to attribute a lot of far fetched ideas to him in order to give their own wacky schemes more validity. There is an entire mythos that has been built up around the man that is quite frankly ridiculous and undermines his actual accomplishments.

Here everybody knows him, I hope. He's the man.
