What does it feel like when you meditate? And what exacctly are the benifets from it? I've neverr really been sure of that...but I might start doing some meditation when I can. |

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
one tool to help you figure out meditation is brainwave entrainment. I recommend www.transparentcorp.com |

“Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.”
Double speak aside, meditation does give benefits in concentration and the ability to think objectively about your place in life. People who meditate are less likely to despair when something bad happens to them. |

Meditation actually alters brainwave patterns and has a physical effect on the body. It can relieve stress and sharpen the 'senses' (i don't necessarily mean the five physical senses here). It can support happiness and general well-being. |

I have a question for people who sit in the lotus(or half) position when meditating. Do you always put the same leg on top, or do you alternate? I know it doesn't matter much, just curious. Personally I sit with my left leg on top about 70% of the time because it is slightly more comfortable. |

157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.
