      Would I die if...

I spent almost the rest of my life in a sterile enviroment, and then decide to walk outside?

Depends on how much time you spent outside. Regardless you wouldn't be very healthy.
157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

I guess it would depend on how long immunities last... Maybe like an allergic reaction. Anaphylatic(sp?) shock? Do babies get sick more often when they are born?

      Bullshit.

You'd catch a cold and then you'd be normal.

No because how would the body fight it off?
You have never been near it so you get sick and the cells die and you die.

But if you have been near it live in a bubble for years then come out you will be fine, just a little sick for awhile while the body fights it.

You know, maybe I'm wrong, but I think a baby has enough antibodies (or whatever you want to say) from it's mother to help fight sickness when it's born.

If the baby wasn't capable of fighting off sickness, then it'd die almost instantly once born since the bacteria in the air, not to mention from the birth, would attack it. Also take into consideration, the birthing process is more than likely inside a hospital, with sick people spreading their germs in the air.

When the baby is born it is born with the antibodies that fight some off..But if he was thrown in a bubble..He wouldn't get any better while he grew..And then he would walk out and die soon enough because he didn't get the anti body strong enough.

Uhm, no. If that were true, you would of died once you came into contact with the common cold for the first time, or the flu, or strep throat, or any other common illnesses.

But you are born with them but if you dont face the illness then they can't get stronger.

Sorry we turned the question to a huge debate.

It is fun hearing the other side...

It wouldn't be healthy. Then again, it probably would become boring before it became unhealthy.

Fact. (Dying might only be slightly faster than a normal person, but still)
