      Ben's family is voting for Obama, but I couldn't care less either way. Neither candidate seems particularly interested in helping out the Earth; rather, they're each full of different short-term solutions to petty human issues... But good luck to them both this coming election!

      This is the kind of thing that could make me vote for McCain (not that I will). He just doesn't seem like other Republicans. I think I'd like him a lot more if the real him wasn't masked by what his campagin managers make him out to be. At least that's the sense I get.

      Here's a fun fact. The ancestors of Samuel Maverick (the guy who the word originated from) commented on CNN the other day saying they are sorely upset with the McCain/Palin abuse of the word. They have a website called "the original maverick" or "the real maverick" I forget.
