On the stupid day they done it, out of the three million who heard it, only two complained. Now ten days later it has been blown out into a really big thing, its kind of like Jonathen Ross and Russell Brand killed a child on the radio or something. The phone call itself wasen't even that bad, its just Jonathen Ross saying Russell Brand slept with her grand daughter. Yet, this is on the front page every day, for the last week. Bloody hell. Newspapers complain about PC every week, however now there doing it, there being a bunch of hypocrites. The bad thing is, were going to have alot of right wing censorship now and common sense is not getting through. P.S. People blame muslims for being complainers and over-reacting, however aren't the British public and the media over-reacting now.

The funny thing is only earlier Brand was talking about when he presented the Brits I think it was, that he said he was looking at a picture of the queens 'parts' but that didn't get discussed. The media have blown this out of all proportions! And it is stupid, because Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross are hilarious and this is going to cost the BBC!

The whole PC thing is inherently irrational. Words can't hurt anybody. If somebody is a douchebag, ignore them. I've listened to the calls and they cracked me up a little actually. It's certainly not 'extremely vulgar' or whatever the press keeps making it out to be. Personally I'd've found it kinda funny, and hardly offensive at all. They apologised properly so I'm really fed up about the whole thing. And personally I'm pretty pissed off that I won't be watching Friday Night With Jonathan Ross in a couple of hours, the other 3 channels we recieve are almost always crap.

The show was not live. Which means BBC editors saw it as acceptable at the time. U-turn on position due to peer pressure not good. Loss of Matt Morgan no good. Russell has other projects to appear in, Matt Morgan presumably does not. Sach's granddaughter's haste at selling her story to the Sun is also somewhat upsetting. Hesitate to suggest she's profitting from a situation she's exacerbating for all it's worth. As far as I know Sachs is happy with the apology he got. Loss of Russell's radio show disappointing. Easily the best thing he's ever done. Ponderland and much of his stand-up don't even come close.

Just watched Little Britain USA for the first time. Think the BBC's loosing it a bit. Primetime on BBC 1? What the fuck, I didn't laugh once, and if anybody else feels otherwise then I think I'll loose faith in humanity.
