A cool idea for the US military

If this plan was in action, not only would I join them military and do all the cool special forces stuff that I wanted to do when I was a kid but I would support any war any time anywhere that someone could legitimately drop the word 'dictator'. I think the dude is slightly annoying but the audience seemed to be amused.

That "Administration System" has been needed closer to the present as we've begun to deal more often with countries that are already broken. In the past, WWII era Japan and Germany were still organized enough to rebuild themselves into something better. We don't get involved with those kinds of countries anymore. Iraq can't build itself if we just leave, and our stay isn't helping out any more either. They'll experience the same power vacuum that the French/Spanish colonies in Africa did when the colonial powers left.
