      Sensation in my neck

      Over the summer, I played a lot of video games, and I think that is what cause this. At the back of my neck, there is this sensation, and it feels like it wants me to move it. It wants me to flex it. Sometimes this is annoying. Other times painful, right now, I have a heat pack on it, to try and get the feeling to go away. To sum it up, my neck really is bothering me. It's embarrassing in public!

      Please! Any ideas?

      A massage should help. Maybe some more exercise, are you very active? Try going running, it's very long, but very subtle muscle exercise.
