Babies and Weirdness.

Can someone please try and explain this dream I had last night haha? I was pregnant and about to give birth and could feel the pain. And my family was in another room having a party watching my labor on tv. I couldn't figure out who the father was, I assumed it was this guy I was seeing in real life named Len. But then my mom told me it was another random guy I didn't even know. Len showed up wearing a suit and I was like "I'm so sorry I thought you were the dad, I hope we can still be together." Then I was still pregnant but apparently I had already had my baby and they had to give the baby tons of blood because it was dying. And I asked my mom if it was weird that I didn't really care about my child and she said it was due to the fact that I just me the baby. Ummm someone please help me, so confused!!
