Question Is there a way to check your dreams vivdness level?

Guys i wonder if there is something alike this?
Because i do not know if my dreams are vivid or not.
it's true some are more vivid than others, but in general i don't know
if my dreams are really vivid, is there any kind of test or something to
      check that?

If a dream is vivid, you'll remember it so. It will be very clear and you will remember a lot of details.

To really know if your dreams are vivid or not you will have to boost your recall though, to do that keep a Dream Journal and write down all of your dreams when you wake up. This will place importance on the dreams you have and make you remember more of them, then you'll really know if they're vivid or not.

In addition, I think vividness is very subjective, and even how desirable it is is debatable. When I take my glasses off in waking life, my vision becomes less vivid, but there are times when I do not mind that at all, and sometimes my sense of smell is as a result better, and also if I am really enjoying myself I do not care whether my senses were vivid or not, as long as my emotions were vivid and pleasantly so. Generally, I do not think it is as useful to compare the vividness of one's dreams to the vividness of dreams of others. What is more useful in my opinion is to compare vividness to (a) my own waking life; (b) other dreams I recall; and (c) my expectations/desires. If the vividness of your dreams meets or exceeds your expectations, no need to fix it. What should your expectations be? It is not unreasonable to expect vividness that is comparable to waking life, but if you are content with less that is fine too, and it is possible to even have a lucid dream that is more vivid than waking life - though I would think it unreasonable to expect that. In general, the first few lucid dreams tend to not be very vivid for most people, but at some point vividness tends to improve though it may fluctuate for later LDs as well, so do not worry if it does. I hope this helps.
You may say I'm a dreamer.
