i tried autosuggestion last night with terrific results. unfortunately i was at a friend's house and i didn't have my dream journal so i dont remember most of them. if you haven't already i would try doing autosuggestion. i woke up at least 5 or 6 times. it was sick

question: will autosuggestion every lose its effect? i've heard stories of stuff like that happening after an extended period of time.

Autosuggestion in dreams? While you mind is free of the boring, common things of the daily life why do you try to enforce on it something that doesn't cooperate?
      I'm tired being sorry.

Autosuggestion when going to sleep at night .. works very well for recalling dreams ("I am going to remember an important dream in the morning")*100 ... that' what he means I suppose ...

Autosuggestion is a proven technique and I totally agree that it works well if you do it right. I am a first believer in techniques involving autosuggestion, and in including it in RCs and other techniques.
