Sometimes people wake up to find themselves acting out their dreams. It could be the beginning of sleepwalking, or it could be a random occurance. One time I woke up to find myself sitting cross-legged on the floor, but it never led to sleepwalking. |

Thread: Strange... Lucid Or Not?

My dream (which I dont remember) ended strangely. I was in my bead, and my hands were above my head, clutching a cloth headband/hairband (not a hair elastic). In that "dream" I tore the headband along the seam. Then I woke up. My hands were above my head, but there was no headband. When I was still dreaming I said "I hope this is a dream, because I really hope my headband isn't destroyed!" When I woke up I was glad it was a dream.
What was this? Is this the beginning of sleepwalking?
Sometimes I talk in my sleep (i.e have conversations with parent(s) and I don't have any recall of it in the morning)...
I hope this is in the right spot... If not, could it be moved?The saying "in your dreams" has taken on a whole new meaning...
