How many times can a person wake up?

How many FA can a person have at one sitting?

I've had a FA and then found out that was a FA and then finally woke up! When I was in the 2st dream I found I was struggling to breath and thought I was going to die, then I 'woke up' into the 1st dream, then finally woke up for real.

I think if you go to sleep, while you are already asleep it can be dangerous to your health!
Be careful of the words you say, keep them soft and sweet.
You never know from day to day, which ones you'll have to eat.

'Ello. Would a false awakening include actually waking up then falling asleep, thinking you are still awake.Because I've experienced this and it was a strange sensation.

I think i have like a lot in my sleep tonight. I think u may have a lot of FA. Even without getting asleep in your sleep, u can false awake. I dont know how many times, but may be there is a possibility that someone would only dream of FAs all night and he will make a new record.

I rarely have them. When I do they are always short - they involve me looking at my cell phone and seeing a time, falling back asleep, and then waking up for real to a time 2 hours earlier.

I wake up once to go to the toilet, and then wake up to get up.

I'm not sure there's a limit to FAs. I've certainly had "multiples" in the past.

As for going to sleep in a dream or generally feeling weary, I tend to find that it's a precursor to waking up. I mean, really waking up.

We had an incident a while ago where someone seemed to go through 14 or more FAs before finally waking up. I'm not home right now, but I'll try to dig up the post when I get back
