Why Do I Wake Up?

Hallow! I have this problem and I don't know what it is. As I'm having a dream I wake up at a crucial point, meaning, the dream as a whole is a bout ot be completed and finalized. Just before the finalization something always wakes me up. Since I've started using DV I have had some interesting dreams. People who I've not met before in my dreams have started showing up, just before I came to understand who they are something wakes me. I don't understand why this is.

maybe your brain is too active and needs to wake durring REM. of course i wouldn't know for sure but thats my opinion. I would recommend something like Melatonin or some other sleeping pill. they work wonders

[/b] All I saw of posts where words in boxes that were floating towards me getting larger until thy met me and the next one came all tho I could read which one I wanted. Very interesting dream. I've done that allot with books I've read.
