Tourette Syndrome and Seizers

I don't have Tourettes or seizers in real life. But recently I've been dreaming of my dreamself having either tourettes or a seizer, I couldn't tell which one. In one of my dreams I see through my own eyes as always. In another however, the view looks as if I'm looking at my self go through these seizer outburst as if it's through someone else's eyes. I don't even have a clue on what this is, but personally it's fairly scary even if it's a dream. Any comments would be nice!
