I had a dream last night where I was sitting on the toilet, which dosn't need interpreting because it went along with what happened in the dream, but what I do want interpreting is while I was on the toilet looking at my door the handle of the door started to look as though it was going to open, which the door did, but only about two inches, at this time I heard a whisper saying "Skitzophrenia" and at that point I got wildly happy, as though I wouldn't care if I killed someone, like an insane person would look if he killed someone and enjoyed it.

What does that mean?
