Smile Help for the needy! Please not asking for money.

Hi every one, thanks for the great information on this site.

I have a few questions perhaps someone can help. It is regarding WILD. Is it always necessary to begin a WILD attempt laying on ones back? I lie there for perhaps an hour or so then nothing happens and I roll over and hope for a regular LD.

Also... I tought my lady friend how to LD and she is doing great. In fact better than me. I'm glad for her. Her only problem is that after her LD's she claims she is very tired the next day. I'm asking this question as she not familiar with the computer, but she is learning.

      Thanks for your feedback all!

My WILD technique involves you going to sleep however you feel comfortable, so in answer to your first question; no you do not need to be on your back, however this may vary from person to person.

I find I am tired sometimes when I WILD due to waking up, then if I have trouble getting back to sleep for the WILD and also awaking from the lucid dream, it can sometimes make me tired.

      Adam:

Thanks for you quick reply to my question. I will give sleeping in any position a try next time I go for a WILD attempt. I'll pass on the information regarding tiredness after LD's to my lady friend.

Your NEW technique is also excellent. It gives me something to sink my teeth into.

      Best,
