      It discusses lucid dreaming amongst the options.

      Haha... I watched that whole thing expecting that at any moment it would turn into one of those stupid screaming-face-out-of-nowhere videos... "How to defeat bad dreams" seems like a good ironic title for one. I'm glad it didn't.

      The way it's filmed is so strange, it seems like it's trying to make a joke... silly music, and lines like "the British Cheese Board maintains that cheese before bedtime caused no problem for a whopping 72% of a test group"?

      Until it was over I wasn't sure if it was going to be a joke or not (it's not), but it does provide solid information in an entertaining format.
