Something weird happened

I woke up from my sleep and i started hearing music in my ears..some song thing and i shut my eyes and a few seconds later got this REALLY odd feeling of death and thinking of my dead dog and how the song haunts me when i listen to it at night (i actually dont), i opened my eyes only to barely being able to open them at all, my body was vibrating under the covers. I turn over and i can open my eyes all the way. I just lay there thinking "WTF happened?" in a calm way..i wasn't scared, except for the detah feeling and it was like i was being watched. 10 minutes later i turn back over and close my eyes for a second and hear music again, open my eyes but they barely open..it's like everything was all blurry (body vibrating again), i then turn to the other side and can open my eyes again. I know what SP is but it wasn't that, i've had it before. What could this have been?
