I'm not sure. On the one hand, it might be a little harder to fall back to sleep when you stay up later and then get up randomly. It helps to have a dark sleep mask, but even that doesn't always work for me. |

Sorry if this is mentioned in one of the tutorials or something, but does staying up later than usual inhibit dream recall/lucidity? I heard that stress was a major roadblock in the lucidity process, but what about this factor. For example, on weekdays i go to bed about 10:00 and wake up around 6:50 or so. On weekends, though, I might go to sleep at 11:30-12:00 or later. |
