I have this problem where recently, I keep getting dreams that are blurry, fragmented and hard to remember. It didn't use to be like this - just about a month ago I was still able to have "regular" dreams that could be easily documented in my dream journal, and had several semi-lucid dreams. In my present state blurry dream state, lucid dreaming is definitely out of the question.

I've been under a great deal of stress lately so I'm pretty sure that's a big part of the problem. But then again, I'm sure there's lots of lucid dreamers who undergo plenty of stress in their everyday lives. Any advice on how to deal with this dream vividty problem? I read stuff on DV about how vitamin B6 increases dream vividity and so I tried it but without much luck.
