      Disturbed - Food/drink wise

      Ok, don't you hate it when you have dreams that give you mental pictures of eating a whole bag of salt? Well - I had a dream a while ago about eating a whole bag of salt, and then eating a whole bag of pepper. A few weeks before that - I had a dream where I eat a peice of cheese straight from the Crackerbarral bar and it was all chewie and horrible.

      It makes me thirsty each time I think about it. It's horrible, how can I avoid this?

      I think you get thirsty and it causes those dreams. Maybe your nose was stuffed up and you were breathing thru your mouth, drying it out.

      Oh god, the worst: I once dreamt I ate one of my own testicles, and it tasted like... I can't even describe the taste.
      It was mortifying.

      Stop dehydrating yourself.
      Drink more water before bed and more water/liquid throughout the day in general.
