Do women multitask in dreams?

Putting some pysche class to use I know that women are better adept at multitasking then men. I'm wondering if that carries over to your dreams (non lucid.) I know that my dreams are all single task oriented, I can do multiple things at once, but all related to getting that one thing done. From reading TwoShadows', AnnaCG's, Mes Tarrant's and a few other dream journals I haven't seen them multitask. Does anyone ever had multiple (disjoint) things to do at once in a dream?

That's an interesting question, ninja. I would think that due to the nature of dreams (non-lucid), and the difficulty to focus, that multitasking would be difficult for anyone to accomplish in dreams. On the other hand, in lucids we are pretty much bound by no rules that limit our capacity to perform tasks. If one were to play multiple instruments at once (in a dream), the individual should not have any problems doing so even though they would have no such talent in waking life.
