That's an interesting idea you have there. |

I don't know if this has been thought of but I came up with an idea about why we see dreams after one of them. You know the general idea is you see dreams because we try to keep our memories of what has happened in our lives. But in my recent dream I've seen I've been going to my course but it was not where it's supposed to be. And I thought in my dream it was where I used to go for learning. So how come do I try to keep my memories in this situation? Our brain just shows us what it wants to show, not reality. |

You made some good points, I think dreams and our sub-concious mind can tell us a lot more about ourselves that our concious mind. |
|
Well I think we sleep to restart our minds. I guess dreaming helps. |

Musa08, you made a very good point. It can be possible. But i think we dream to relax our minds. Let it create and forgeth all the stress. Personally I dream to relax and sometimes, escape reality. |

I think it is a good theory. There have been many theories but I don't think any have been proven. I don't think anyone can be sure. |

Oh...my..god... I thought EXACTLY the same thing. Your basically practicing for real life situations, polishing your reactions almost, your brain is always looking for the best reflex possible. |
