      stages of sleep

      when u enter different stages of sleep is there any clear transitions one might notice?

      Umm I think there are like 3 REM periods but don't quote me on that
      And I dont think they're any clear transitions

      there is only one way to find out, you must sleep 6 hours, wake up, and do WILD technique into rem sleep

      ok but would these transistions then be very visible. When im trying to wild could I keep track of what phase of sleep im in?
