Impossible Ideas in Dreams, beyond the 5 senses

I often have dreams that involve impossible material. In one dream I was creating a roller coaster out of material that I cannot even recreate in my mind. It was like a "new color" and "new shapes" that don't exist. I've had other dreams where I've heard and said things that cannot be said (as if I was saying things that aren't part of any of the 5 senses). Has anyone else had this weird occurrence?

Sounds a lot like what you might experience on LSD, aka, the complete unleashing of your subconscience upon you. Never done LSD, but I've read accounts of people experiencing things very similar to what you describe. The brain is an incredible thing, so much of it we don't understand or experience in normal, waking life.

I recal a LD from junior high or early high school were I saw a "new color." It was not any color or combination of colors that exists, but I saw it very clearly. Now, when I remember I can't recall how it looked, can't imagine the color. It was such a cool experience.

I'd imagine that I'd be pretty emotionally overwhelmed if I saw one in my dreams.

i remeber in one of my dreams knowing what was the existence of god and knowing what was before time and the creation of existence, like having mind that comprehends everything, thinking thoughts beyond what a human would possibly ever know. in the dream i felt like a genius but when i woke up i thought.. what a stupid dream!!
