Help remembering dreams

Hey eeveryone i have a problem, i cant remember my dreams. I do wbtb and have a journal with no dreams in it yet. When i wake up i try to remember them but i cant, it has been sooo long since i remember a dream. Any advice?

Don't force it. If you haven't learned dream recall, go do it first. If you have already, go back and try it again.

I recommend just using autosuggestion (I use a firm, confident, "I will recall my dreams") as well for a while, that worked great for me.

Then you might try forgetting about it for a while.

I read in Exploring the World of Lucid dreaming that you might try taking a break for a few days or even a few weeks because you subconsiously might be thinking about it too much, you're stressed, too much going on, etc.

Don't worry, it's not permanent. It's kind of like Writer's Block. You just need to keep trying different things or take a break until you 'get it back'.

I always seem to have the best dream recall on a friday or saturday whens theres no school.

okay i rememer my dream. =D. this seems like 3 dreams cause they all have dfferent points i remember i was at this city and i forget what i was doing there ut i remember i knew 2 people there this women and guy totally forget what we were doing though. So i walk into this building and its somekind of memory vault. They have 1000s of peoples lives that you can watch play out on these like 200 inch lcds. So i started watching one and i saw a fat kid riding a thing inertube behind a boat and a huge fish jumps next to him.

Next thing i knew i am the one catching that fish, i reel him in and its really hard. when i finally get him i cant get the fihing hook stuck in its throat. i ask my sister to help me with it so i give her the line and she pulls it out but thehook flys back and gets stuck in my throat.
she then trys to get it out but cannot and i die.
Next thing i remember i was going back in time and then my dad was there and when he pulled the hook out of the fish i lived.

i remember next is my best friend and i are at this random house, in the dream it might have been mine, and there are a bunch of weird experinces that we attribute to aliens i was scared to walk behind the yard, thought something was there. Then we thought we heard aliens in either the bathroom or back beind the yard. me being the genuis i am thought the aliens would want us to think they are behind the house but are really in the bathroom. so i run into the bathroom ,which btw is seperated from the main house in the backyard, and i see two aliense each maybe 10 inches tall, they were green and had big red eyes

then my alarm woke me up. altogether a very interesting couple of dreams
