Full body pulse

About 2 days ago, i was going to wild. i was about 30 minutes into it fully focused. I cant really remember if i was seeing HI or hearing anything, but my body twitched 1-2 times really really lightly, i didnt react. A couple of minutes later out of no where, my whole body just twitched and i flew up. I couldnt control this it just happend. As i sighed with dissappointment i bit my thumb as a reality check, and it was solid. My body felt really heavy as i was moving it. i cant shake it from my mind. Also it isnt my first wild. What do you think it was? a False awakening?
