Every time when I wake up from a nightmare my body like feels all tingly, I was just wondering what this feeling actually is. It's almost the same feeling I get when I try a DEILD. |

Waking up from a nightmare is usually a lot more abrupt than waking up from a normal dream. You're still well within you REM cycle, so you might still be paralyzed and feeling vibrations from that. This is also why when you wake up from a nightmare, you often feel very confused, and have trouble becoming "you" again, rather than the character in the dream. At least, that happens to me sometimes. |

Could it be adrenaline? I don't know if it can be produced by nightmares, but I do have that feeling after an adrenaline rush...when it's getting out... |
