      Making Dreams More Realistic

      Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie to lucid dreaming and have not had one yet. However, I have started to keep a dream journal. The problem with my dreams is that most of them are vague, confusing, blurry and unrealistic. Is there any way to make my dreams more vivid and realistic? Some of my friends say that their dreams are as realistic as the waking world.

P.S. Once I have attained a Lucid Dream do I still need to keep a dream journal? It seems impractical to have to wake up a lot during the night.

      yes there is w way.
As you are going to sleep(while in your bed) tell yourself "my dream images will become vividly clear in my dream and during recall"
Don't give up. believe in yourself.

Keep a dream journal for longer.

      Be motivated.

Use what Rajon said and push yourself and tell yourself that you will have a clear dream.

Don't ever EVER EVER post 3 identical threads again please.

And yes... when you've attained lucidity you should keep a dream journal if you feel shaky on your recall.

Yes, it is impractical, but if you are unhappy with the effort required to master such a useful skill then maybe you shouldn't be bothering.

And if it's too hard to wake up during the night, then once you're better at recall you can just write everything down in the morning once you've woken up.
