Question I get stuck and i feel it!

I get these two dreams that keep occuring and they get quite scary, because i can feel it. they are both basicly the same dreams but they happen i different places.

They both involve me being unable to sit up. The one that happens most often is i am lying on the sofa and i'm trying to get up, but i can't. I feel like im stuck down the back of it, and i'm trying to scream but nothing comes out; and whilst i'm dreaming this i can feel the frustration. when i finally wake up, for about 3 minutes i cant sit up or talk.

I also have this same dream but i am lying in a bath, the water is only filled up.,and i can hear my mum on the other side asking me if i'm ok, but i cant scream for help because nothing comes out, an but i can feel myslef slowly starting to drown but i can't help myslef as i a unable to move.

do you think this could have some meaning, or do think it is proberly just one of those things?

I once had a dream about fighting Darth Vadar and I woke up frightened, I slept with the light on for the rest of the night.

I know how frustrating that is. Ive been getting dreams that I get eaten up by dinosaurs my entire life, one of them I became lucid when I was 9. Now im half lucid going through them and it doesn't bother me, I wait to get eaten up slip and slip into another dream somehow.

Maybe you have uncontrollable SP and trying to get out of it?

I believe that sometimes slowly down in dreams is related to sleep paralysis or frustration. Don't worry about it. Its not dangerous, and it should pass if you relax.

I get the same problem as the OP, I feel like im powerless in dreams, I go to punch and its like my arm won't move, I go to walk and my feet move in the same spot, not moving forward...its odd

But occasionally I have dreams where I'm in complete control, a few nights ago I had a dream I was slaying zombies with my trusty imaginary handgun, and boy was I kickin ass and everything was effortless.

Then at times im powerless, it has to relate to your waking life?
I would rather die on my feet then to live on my knees.
