Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but anyway, saw an ad about this tool called 'zeo.' Link: www.myzeo.com.
So, supposedly you put this headband on you and it monitors your sleep state and then you can review it and make some kind of decision based it.
It looks like you get all kinds of data, but do you think it could be of use to the lucid dreaming folk? Any other similar tools, but cheaper? It does count different sleep cycles though and seems to have an ability to wake you up before you enter/leave REM state.
And it's expensive too! There was also some kind of other tool that woke you in the morning during the best sleep point to wake up - anyone remember what that was?
P.S. Since I have so few posts and am new... trying my best to not sound like I'm spamming lol. But this really caught my attention.
