Reoccurring areas

This isn't that important, but why do I keep going to the same places in my dreams? The people there, or whats going on are completely different, but the building or the lay out is exactly the same... And, Its not some place I've actually been before, only in dreams have I been to these reoccurring areas. What I'm asking is, Why do I keep having dreams in the same places?

I do too, all the time and only in NLs of course, and i can only remember them while im dreaming. I can never quite recall them again when im awake. And theyre usually nowhere i really know of, so your guess is as good as mine.
