dream of letter M on my friends bare chest

I need help here, if anyone is good with interpretation of dreams I do usually good job with them, but this dream got me puzzled : I saw in a dream my friend bare chest covered with capital letter M all over in no perticular order, also they ware 2 or 3 scars, what that may mean? thanks

It would make sense if you were interpreting your own dream, in which case it would mean that because that is the way your mind works and those are the kinds of conclusions it draws. But for someone else's dreams, they usually need to find the meaning on their own. But a little help doesn't hurt, I am just saying going that "in depth" would only be helpful for your own dream interpretations.

I thank you for trying to solve mystery of that dream,,, some asked if friend had meaning to me, well yes it was my fiance at the time,, and also we did not know each other that well as for the reason of long distance dating... I had that dream just week before he came to visit me, there was also more to that dream that I clearly undestood so I haven't wrote it here, but I have to say it was very negative warning for me,,,,,, now that letter M must mean something, and than few scars?? Did you say he was your fiance and is no longer? If, by any chance, your name is actually Moni, the M could easily stand for you. The scars on him would indicate possible fights or problems in the relationship, particularly if you didn't plan for the coming visit to go well, or if it was the visit that marked the downslide in your relationship. That's just my interpretation and I assumed a lot there, obviously you know more about the situation so you could interpret more accurately.
