I have no idea why that's happening. |

Whenever im dreaming, I can't seem to move normal. I feel weak and like I have no strength. For example, whenever I get into fights in my dream I can't punch hard at all, and whenever I try running in a dream, I either can't move at all, or move really slow. Can anyone explain to me why this happens? |

I actually have been using this as a dreamsign. The other day I had a dream I fought this kid and after we fought I remember thinking, "Why couldn't I move right, that normally only happens when I'm dreaming", but I still failed to become lucid hahaha |

Do a RC whenever something like that happens. It's hard to get used to, but it's worth it. |

I've been doing reality checks a couple times a day and when I see dreamsigns for the past 2 months but I've still never done a reality check in a dream, even when see dreamsigns |

That has to do with the inhibitor chemicals coursing through your motor cortex. These are the same ones the cause SP and prevent you from sleepwalking. You see, the brain doesn't just have modules with functions; it has modules that understand their functions. It's 'smart', rather than 'dumb' matter. So if a part is impaired, every other brain function that references that part is impaired. For example, if you suffered damage to your occipital lobe (sight), you might then find it difficult to imagine colours, on top of being blinded. In this particular case, you're paralyzed, but you also find it difficult to imagine moving, and so your dream movements are slow and weak. |

Meditation, yoga, sleep programming or other spiritual exercises; strengthen you within your dreams. |
