Hello.I have a question I was hoping someone can answer about my dreams. Ok.Normally I am a deep sleeper,and if i remember anything about my dreams(which is most of the time very little)they are usually paired with a feeling of fear and anxiety,even if they are good dreams.Even after a happy dream i sometimes wake up feeling annoyed or distressed. I've never understood why this happens. It confuses me so much. Does this happen to anyone else? Any info would be appreciated! Thank you!

Chances are if it was a good dream and you wake up annoyed, it could be because you didn't want the dream to end. Vice Versa with bad dreams, but you are fearful and anxious because you don't want the dream to happen again, and assuming you weren't lucid, you would have automatically taken the dream as reality.

But during the dream i feel this fearfulness that seems random.:S Hmm...I understand your point though. Thank you.
