While I can see you are alarmed, it's nothing to worry about. Just like how you dream about things that occurred during the day, your subconscious is just forming links, which is how most crazy dreams are formed, between things on your mind - such as the plane ride and death, and showing you it in your HI. Nothing to worry about |

Voice "you're going to die"
Last night I was falling to sleep. I guess I had started to drift off almost asleep.
I recall I was in something like a plane or a boat which was turned at an angle to the end. In other words like a plane going down. Then I heard a voice say quite clearly "you're going to die".
Now I've heard random voices before when drifting off to sleep but this was quite precise. I woke immediately.
A couple of days before I had taken a flight over to a funeral of a good friend so I guess such things were in my mind.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Random waffle from my tired brain? My friends passing obviously had me thinking about death. Or perhaps something more sinister?
I am feeling slightly more sensitive than usual. I'm not afraid of dying but at 32 I've no plans to head off just yet.
I'm thinking my subconscious is to blame.

I have heard voices before I have gone to sleep. I have heard good and bad and dremt about disembodied voices.

The subconscious is a tricky beast, I wouldn't worry about it.
I've been in a lucid dream where I picked up a random note somewhere that read "You're a prick"
Don't take your subconscious too seriously until you really understand it 100%

The interpretation is clear: you are going to die on your next flight. But now you've avoided it. But Death wants you dead, so you are going to die in a freak accident in your apartment.

The guy already has paranoia about this voice, and you're feeding his subconscious to be even more superstitious about it
