Dreams and Subconcious

I am a 17 year old male, and I went to a camp earlier this summer and there was this girl there I hung out with alot. Now that my dream recall is getting better I realize that I am dreaming about her literally every night. But I dont ever think about her during the day. I read in the "What superpowers do you have" section that someone was actually able to summon the subconcious in an LD. What exactly does that mean? How much can you learn about your own subconcious thoughts through your dreams?

Hmm. It depends, I suppose I am subconsciously breathing right now It doens't take any conscious power I can 'learn' this in my dream, but it's not exactly life-changing. What do you want to know? How your brain works? The meaning of life? There's a line that you'll eventually cross, and it's from fact to mysticism. Try not to dawdle in the middle. Don't expect my sub-conscious to be able to know how a plane works in it's entirity, because my conscious self certainly doesn't know.

How much can you learn about your personality that you wouldn't know before? for example, i had completely forgotten about said girl, but she was in almost every single one of my dreams. This could mean that i miss her even though i don't miss her during the day. Is this a reliable assumption or is it just a coincidence? I know pretty much nothing about the human brain, so I don't know if certain feelings only show up in subconcious that don't show up anywhere else, and what do they mean?
