      Dream recall

      This week, I've been recalling more dreams than usual, and I've been automatically waking up in the night to record them. Anyway, last night I had a short dream, and I simply verbalized it outloud before falling asleep. Didn't record it. And I actually found that it helped in me remembering it this morning. Might be helpful to others also. Just thought I'd share.

      I see... Thats a good idea. Saying a dream out loud is a good way to remember dreams, but if you are having as great of dream recall as you, I would suggest only doing this occasionally. If you are saying every dream out loud, you'll probably forget some.

      Always write them down regardless. It may help to remember to verbalize them, but you will forget eventually and its that reason why you want to have written documentation of your dreams. In case you want to get all nostalgic or something.

      Thats a good idea too. the real point of a DJ is to help your mind recall your dreams. If saying them out loud helps, then great Still write them down though
