      Tips for remembering dreams?

I've been having many dreams a night. So many that when I wake up (for the last time) the next morning, I can't remember any of them.

I remember waking up in the middle of the night after one of these dreams, and saying that I'm going to write that one down later. Then I go back to sleep, have another dream, and another, and when I wake up I've forgotten what to remember.

any tips from people who have mastered remembering their dreams would be awesome! thanks!

Id recommend having a dream journal near your bed and a alarm clock to go off at R.E.M periods so you can get up to write them down
or, drink alot of water before bed and when you get up to use the bathroom you get the bonus of WBTB and you can write whatever dreams you remember down

also, if you already havn't check out

I keep a dream journal myself, and when I wake up remembering a dream I rarely hesitate to write it down, though getting out of bed multiple times every night can be a pain in the ***. Instead of writing it down, it could also help if you just take your time to think the dream through. Play the dream in your mind and try to remember as many details as possible. Good luck remembering
