      Waking up after every dream.

For the past few days i have been remembering 3-5 dreams every night, simply because after every dream i have been waking up. When i wake up, i am so tired that i do not write down the dream from which i woke from.

Is this normal? To wake after every sleep cycle. This has never happened to me before, and they arent scary or shocking dreams so there is no need to wake from them.

Also, can i use this to my advantage for lucids? Like use it for WBTB. I have not yet LD'ed yet but my dream recall has signifcantly improved for the past few days due these awakenings.

Yeah that is pretty normal. You can use it to your advantage by trying to stay still and not opening your eyes and attempting a DEILD which will have a very good chance of working.

DEILDs are fun. The first time I tried it was when I woke up exceedingly early one morning (5 AM), so all I did was close my eyes and imagine the last thing I saw in my lucid dream. I was so tired it just "formed" around me and I was back in it just as lucid as before.

Are you tired throughout the day, even if you get plenty of sleep? Has anything new happened in your life- extra stress, extra joy, a common cold?
I often have several very vivid dreams every night and I wake up exhausted. I used to joke and say my dreams are too realistic and energetic for me to get any rest... but I had a sleep study done and discovered I have mild RLS and mild sleep apnea (which is strange to me because they only caught a couple snores, I'm at a stereotypically perfect weight and I was sleeping on my side for the study).
If it gets worse or starts to interfer with your daily life and activities, you should see a doctor just to make sure everything's okay.

I never could WILD or DEILD. When I'm sleepy, there's NO rousing me. If I have to go to the bathroom or something, I go then crash the second I lay back down lol. I call my sleep "hybernation mode"
