      Thumbs up some questions

Hello I been on this forum some time but just like 1 week ago I started to writte down my dreams and wow it gives result I get dreams every day. But how long does it take untill they get more vivid like I usually just remember the dream not that vivid.

Question 2.Have you heard a scream in your dream and instantly woke up?

question 3. When you say you have 2 dreams in 1 night do you mean that you wake up becouse I seem to wake up more often now on the night but I remember dreams all the time when I wake up.

question 4. Any good way to make you lucid dream faster or anything?
I been pretty close like yesterday. I did something and I was like "hey I can't do that" and was gonna reality check but then I woke up.
But still it wasen't really vivid.

question 5. While Im on it I heard Vitamin B6 will give more vivid dreams but how much do you need to make it start making effect and how much is it in fruit so I know how much I need to eat :O
is it the best thing to take to increase vividness and such?

question 6. oh more >.< Maybe this is beyond dreaming but hey lets give it a shot. Well I had a dream when I was at an house I knew I seen before and I thought about it some times in whole my life but still now I got a dream about just that house and now after the dream I thought that house is just in my dream but I thought about it whole my life but still I don't think I have thought about it but just my mind played me a trick. can your mind trick you like that. Hard to explain hope you understand

      Thanks for help

      1. As you get better at recalling dreams, they will become more vivid. It just takes time and patience.
      2. I have not.
      3. Everyone has about 5 dreams a night, most people just forget them. Each time you go into rem sleep, you dream. You usually wake up multiple times in a night, but you go back to sleep minutes later and forget waking up at all.
      4. Practice, practice, practice. That's all it takes, and all you can do. If you wake up when you become lucid, it means you are becoming to excited. Close your eyes, calm down, and spin. It keeps you in the dream, but can change it around.
      5. I'm not to sure about this. Just take a vitamin B complete pill before bed. If you can't get any, eat cheese and milk, and apple juice.
      6. Your brain can actually create memories. In a dream I once had, I had a girlfriend named Ami who I knew everything about. I had known her for years. But then I woke up. In twenty minutes my mind had made up years of memories, then erased them.

      Hope it helps.
      Happy dreaming
