      Avatar, the last airbender dreams?

Just had to make a thread for it. Anyone watched Avatar, the last airbender? I was an airbender in it.

This particularly long was really cool: started with me at the club I used to take swimming classes, at some stairs, looking at how the christmas decoration had been set so high. It gave me chills down the spine (I really fear heights).

After some walking around, going up and down of stairs, and some talking, I was at the outside of the building (it's a large one). For some reason I was angry, almost exploding... so I started running really fast. And it turned out I could bend air. I could fly just by pushing the air around me once and floating to my destination. It was really weird, but so complex. I could even work out how it worked, and how I could bend air to do what I wanted.

After a long while, I decided to fly to the top of the building. Looking up was dreadful: the thought that I'd have to go that high, without a place to hold on if I started to fall, was thrilling. I shook my head and gave it a try: only went a few metres up, and it was scary. Then I decided to use all my strength to get to the top as fast as I could, preventing the possibility of falling. And so I did. I could see the glass windows beside me go low as I propelled myself upwards. I finally got to the top, stepping on dear safety once again.

For some reason, all my schoolmates were there, and the building was connected to a mointain - which was only a few steps higher than the building itself. I went there with my friends, we lay down and watched the height we were at. Then we decided to go down, bu the scenario was once again different. Instead of the bulding that was there just a while aback, there was this strange set of long sleps, which I immediately recognised as some place by my cousin's house. We were walking down, and I could bend air and do all kinds of attrocities around - with my friends laughing. Then, out of nowhere, a woman stepped out of her house, yelling at teh noise we were making. Everybody looked accusingly at me, and I just made a busted face and went on more quietly (still bending air of couse). We finally got out of that little maze, and were now at some greeny avenue. We crossed to the park just close by, and I was now trying new challenges that involved bending air to fly. Whilstwhile, my friends talked to me - in three languages. It was even made messier since each sentence was in one language. At oen time I yelled them to stop and let me think properly, to which they replied with an "alright" in portuguese.

I was now trying some hardcore jumps around objects and trees, which involved precise rotating and air pushing. When I couldn't land properly, I pushed air again to break my fall. Finally I landed into a bed (lol?), being woken by my mother.

I cannot start to describe the greatness in that dream. Although not lucid, it is definitely as memorable as one.

      ---

I've also had dreams as a fire, water and earthbender. But this was just great. What about you? Any Avatar dreams?

Actually, one of my lucid goals is to earth bend. It would also be cool to find a bending teacher, and see what stupid, random stuff he says.

      Do not bend, bend you...

That would be awesome. I'll add that to my list of lucid goals.

Lol, to think of it, all my superpower dreams lately have been of avatar... either bending air to fly, making things out of water, and bending earth (specifically, walls). No firebending lately, though :<

Ok, this lets see. Have i had any Avatar dreams...yeah, like every dream is an Avatar dream, that is why i call myself the avatar. They are by far the most fun dreams ever. My dreams about being the Avatar have almost gotten to the point where there are actually the different nations. Also i've actually ran into some of the characters before. Toph was was by far the coolest though.
Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?

OOOH yeah. Earthbending is the coolest thing ever (might not be the best - actually I think no element is better than the other - but it is still the coolest). It is soooo great to use an earth wave to displace yourself, to get a wall out of your way like it was paper, and to attack - oh, to attack - people using it. It rocks xD + metalbending.. to bend that solid thing called metal, I could even hear the noise of the metal... it rocks

Fire. Nothing more entertaining than to throw fireballs and ruin a city or two I like-
Haven't bent ray though... maybe one day

Water. To be able to move water aroudn you is cool as shit. Freezing a river for you to cross, using the water whip and the water blade... ahh it rocks, rocks hard. But bloodbending is the coolest one IMO - people run after me and I just send them flying xD

And air... Flying rocks as shit, more than enough said. But also to use air to walk faster, and to attack people using seemingly nothing, is hell cool as well.

Those are some great ideas, i'll have to give them a try next time i'm lucid.
Whats weird though is that earth bending is my favorite out of all of them, and i am even taking the real life kung fu that matches it. But i have actually never done it in a dream . I have only seen Toph do it, and that was only once. Oh well, it can't be to long until i can start to do it.

Do you take tiem to daydream? Because it helps a lot. If you (when alone of course lol) act liek you could earthbend, then you'll probably dream of it as well

Daydreaming is the only thing keeping me alive! I would agree that if i daydreamed about earth bending, it would make leave a much better imprint in my mind. But the way i reality check this dream sign, which is kind of like daydreaming, is like so.

Whenever i see one of the elements, i try to bend it. But for earth...it's everywhere so it would have to be something significant like a giant rock or a strange boulder formation. Same with Air, it might have to be a windy day so i would try to fly or something like that, but water and fire are easy. I just try to manipulate them around by doing the northern fist and tai chi movements (Usually discretely so that i don't looks crazy).

Oh crap, I have had numerous dreams about Avatar, both lucid and non-lucid.

I used to be obsessed with this anime (if it's even considered an anime), but all the wait for the third season made me forget about it, but actually, I just watched 12 episodes of the third season, it was cool.

I don't know, but i always used to think about controlling elements, even before this show came out. I think thats another reason why i like the show so much and why i have so many of these kinds of dreams.

Anyways, yeah the 3rd season is pretty freakin awesome.

I had a dream about Avatar once, but I don't remember much about what it involved (I swear to Evil I wrote it down in a DJ, but I can't find it...).

I'd really like to be able to bend lightning like Azula. I've tried shooting lightning out of my hands in lucids, but it never freakin' works.
