hi, im a newbie and posted on here because it seems the best place to ask my question. i was dreaming and i could sense somebody else in my dream. i'm not sure if it was lucid but i was aware that i was dreaming and knew somebody was there with me. i asked but got no reply and i saw what i can only describe as a 'portal'. a bright red tear (tear meaning 'rip') in my dream. i was phisically shaken when i woke up and i have absolutely no idea what this means or if someone accessing my dream is even possible. i look forward to hearing what you think, mike.

You said that you felt physically shaken when you awoke so I believe that your subconscious recognized that your dream’s unidentified intruder was a “scary or evil entity”. Practice the many excellent lucid suggestions in this forum. You have the ability to say ”No!” to scary things and stop them from returning. I don't have enough information about your life to infer anything else about your nightmare.

I was thinking more about your dream today so I posted again. Are you an astrial traveler? Perhaps if you are then your question you should post your dream in the astrial traveling threads where the other travelers can help. Tell them about the presence of someone/something and how you awoke physically shaken. I do not know if it is possible to be an astrial traveler and not know that you are one.
