You need to ground yourself so that your thoughts can let you go to sleep. |

For as long as I can remember, sleeping doesn't come very quickly. Every night I can guarantee that I will lay in my bed for 30 minutes to an hour before I finally sleep. It doesn't matter what I've done that day. The weird thing is is that several times a week I could almost pass out right in the middle of the day. I have to avoid sitting down otherwise I'd start sleeping. (I've tried to WILD during these periods but each attempt has ended within a minute or two.) |

Yoga or meditation. Or tai chi, or chi gong... Anything that lets you physically relax and quiet your mind so all those buzzing thoughts don't keep you up so late. |
