One time I was on holiday in London. I was only about 10. I was asleep but my arms were flinging about all over the place and I could feel it but couldn't control it. I had a mug on my bedside table and I hit that with my arm by accident. I felt it hit my hand and heard it crash off the floor but I just went back into proper sleep. It wasnt a dream because the next morning my Nanna was cleaning the broken pieces of the mug off the floor.

I was just wondering if this has a name? and if anyone else has experienced anything like that.
