Well, I'm a week into my new round of dreaming and altering brain chemistry. For this past week I have been supplementing with B-6 (100-300 mg) and melatonin. I have noticed improved visualization ability during the later parts of the sleep cycle and an intensification of dream emotions. The amount of dream material seems to be increasing, too.
Not all of these dreams have been pleasant. But I have long since learned how to handle negative imagery and visions. I look at these images and feelings using a shaman's world view and convert them to allies.
As soon as I get ahead financially I want to try galantamine with choline.
I don't believe that chasing lucidity is the best way, at least for me. Looking back over my years of lucid dreaming I don't remember any of them having the impact and archetypal power of many non-lucid dreams.
So, I don't think I will pursue lucidity as a primary goal. I will instead strive to generate dreams from the deepest part of my unconscious. I would take one non-lucid dream of power from our ancestral Gods over a dozen lucid flying dreams.
Uh oh...this might count as blasphemy on the Dream Views forum....

Thor and Frey Bless all............
