So, tell me, what is it like exactly to lucid dream?

I have been researching this for a couple of days and am getting into it alot. I have gotten myself a dream journal, learned about dream recall (which i was already extremely good at) and learned some reality checks i can use. I want to know what it is like to lucid dream. Is it really like you can do anything? I heard of people flying, people having sexual experience with anyone they wish, superpowers, anything. How is it?

If you can imagine it, and you're determined enough to do it, then you can do it. Simple as that, but the possibilities are many. Limited only by your imagination.
