Help - I need to get back into my dream!

Hey - Does anyone know how to get yourself back into a dream that you had the night before? I am new to dreams and controlling them. I had an amazing dream last night and I want to get back into it again tonight.

I started doing research on how to do it, and it seems like there is so much more to dreaming. Please, can anyone tell me how to do this?

I'm interested in this too. If you find anything could you post it?

I've had some really good dreams in which I would love to return to and continue from where I left off.

someone said that if you imagine the ending of the dream, then WILD after waking, you can get into a lucid version of the dream. I'm not sure if this would work, but...erm...whatever.

To XF011...I have been doing research on this and I ordered 3 books, two of them are by: Dr. Stephen LaBerge. Apparently I read that these are the books to get!

"Exploring the world of Lucid dreaming" and "Lucid dreaming: Gateway to Inner self"....Here's the link.

Also try checking out this website:

http://www.web-us.com/lucid/luciddreamingFAQ.htm#In what stage of sleep does Lucid Dreaming occur

It gives you a lot of tips on how to do it. I tried some of the tips in the list of FAQ's on lucid dreaming for the first time last night and it really worked, not as good as I would have liked, but I think I can get the hang of it, if I keep trying...Good luck!
