Well this is kinda sad. A little while ago I had a dream where I just sat down and basically daydreamed for half the dream. |

Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives.
-William Dement
this happens to me alot. Even though I'm already in my head, I have to stop and think about what to do next. than a daydream starts, after it's over I return to my regular dream. The concept was hard to grasp at first, but it gives dream a more real feeling, which never hurts, I don't mind it. Sometimes though I'll actually get caught in the daydream, and completly forget about the original dream and start to participate in my daydream as I would in my normal dreams. |

I don't think I would like that at all. In a dream, you can control yourself and your surroundings to an extent, but dream characters act on their own, and your environment can do things without warning. In a daydream you have complete control, so you know exactly what people are going to say, and where you will be, and what is going to happen. Why bother acting out a daydream if you already know what will happen? |
