I noticed that quite a few of the members on this board practice polyphasic sleep, so I'm just wondering:
Does polyphasic sleep affect your ability to dream? I mean, does polyphasic sleep just completely cut out the REM stages of your sleep, or what?
I've been wanting to do polyphasic sleep for a while now, but I don't want to do it if it ends up cutting my dreams out.
Thanks in advance.
